Dreamt by the sun,
rooted in the Land

"Liogennito," a term steeped in Greek heritage, signifies the birth of olive oil under the nurturing gaze of the sun. Derived from the Greek verb "γεννώ" (gennó), meaning to give birth, Liogennito embodies the essence of transformation and growth. Just as the sun imparts its radiance upon the olive tree, we meticulously cultivate our land to bring forth the essence of Greece in every drop.

Eco-friendly practices

Eco-friendly practices

We work with nature to preserve our extra virgin olive oil's taste and integrity. Our farm fosters biodiversity, supporting olive trees, bees, and other beneficial insects.

Hand-Picked

We hand-pick our pesticide-free olives, just like our parents did, protecting both fruit and trees. Quickly milling them ensures the highest quality and freshest product.

Cold pressing

Cold Pressing

We consider extra virgin olive oil as fresh juice, cold pressing to maintain its nutritional value, and preserve the fruit's flavor and aroma.

Quality storage

Quality Storage

We store our extra virgin olive oil in stainless steel containers under optimal conditions. The oil press and bottling plant are both ISO22000 and ISO9001 certified.
